Welcome to otome.com (“Website“), a service operated by Repulse, EOOD (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us“).

These Terms of Service (“Terms“) govern your use of otome.com and any related services we provide (collectively, the “Service“).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use otome.com. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

2. Accounts and Access

• You may browse, play, or download games on otome.com without creating an account.
• To upload or publish a game, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. User-Uploaded Content

a. Ownership and License

You retain all rights to the games, assets, and content you upload (“User Content“). By uploading User Content, you grant Repulse, EOOD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and make your content available to users through the Service.

b. Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have obtained all necessary rights to publish and distribute your content.
• Your content does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
• Your content does not contain adult material, pornography, hate speech, malware, or any other prohibited or harmful material.

Repulse, EOOD is not responsible for content uploaded by users and does not endorse any such content.

c. Removal of Content

We may remove or restrict access to any User Content that violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law. Users may request removal of their own content at any time by contacting us at press@otome.com.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload or distribute adult, pornographic, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful content.
• Upload copyrighted materials without authorization from the copyright owner.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or other users.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
• Collect or store personal data of other users without their consent.

5. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, and branding on otome.com (excluding User Content) are the property of Repulse, EOOD or their respective owners.
• You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued before the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

All disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on otome.com with a new “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
