You failed your mission. Now you’re a captive, waiting for the worst punishment.

But the bed is too soft and food is always fresh and delicious. Your captors keep smiling—no whips, no chains, no daggers in the dark.

Two handsome men hover nearby—one calm and watchful, the other sharp and mocking. They offer you kindness like it’s nothing. You don’t trust them, but… Are you really a captive?

I made this little demo for OtomeJam2026.

This story is a D&D-inspired romantasy about drow life beyond the Spider Queen’s tyranny—about leaving Lolth’s shadows behind and stepping into the moonlight of Eilistraee, the goddess who offers them another—kind and full of life way.

You will play as Xyl’raen — a young drow scout who was unlucky (or lucky??) enough to get caught during her mission on the surface by none other than a Silverhair Knight himself. Now you have two paths to follow — to stay loyal to the Spider Queen until the very end, or to taste the beautiful life under the Moon.

Your choices matter—both in the path you follow and the romance you pursue.

I love D&D so very much and really wanted to make a full game, but had time for Act 1 only.

Game contains:

• ~ 6200 words
• visible female protagonist with own name and backstory

What I plan for the full game:

• add CGs (I really hope I will add some to this demo a bit later)
• glossary of interesting terms and names
• a separate screen for LIs to track their progression
• approximately 8-10 acts

This demo contains strong language, dark fantasy themes, religious conflict and references to mental trauma and physical abuse, both adults and children. The full game may include additional mature content.

Recommended for ages 16 and above.
