The Crafter’s Gauntlet in Twisted Wonderland plays a key role in the Guest Room system, offering players a way to battle for crafting materials used to decorate and upgrade their space. It’s a feature that combines strategy with progression, rewarding thoughtful planning and smart resource use. Here’s a closer look at how to unlock the Gauntlet, how Gauntlet Points (GP) work, and how to make the most of everything it offers.

Unlocking the Crafter’s Gauntlet

Unlocking the Crafter’s Gauntlet takes a bit of progress in the Guest Room system. It doesn’t open up right away, there are a couple of milestones to hit first:

  • Room Rank 2: Place some furniture and bring the comfort level up to 60. That’s when the crafting feature becomes available.
  • Room Rank 3: Craft two different furniture pieces. Hitting this mark unlocks the Crafter’s Gauntlet itself, along with more crafting options.

These early steps ease players into the flow of room customization before jumping into battles for materials.

Understanding Gauntlet Points (GP)

Gauntlet Points (GP) are what fuel battles in the Crafter’s Gauntlet. Each day at midnight (PT), the game fully restores GP, so there’s always a fresh set to work with.

Up to five points can be used in a single battle, spending more means bigger rewards, which makes those higher-cost runs worth considering when farming specific materials.

If GP runs low, recovery items like Bottles and Phials of Sunshards can refill it. And if a battle doesn’t go as planned, whether it’s a loss or an early quit, any spent GP is returned, though there won’t be any rewards.

One thing to keep in mind: GP can’t be restored with gems, and leveling up the Guest Room won’t refill it either. Planning ahead is key.

The Crafter’s Gauntlet rotates through different battle locations each day, and each one drops specific materials tied to various furniture themes, such as Lumber, Cloth, Stones, and Magic Paints.

Some battles come with a twist: they’ll only let certain characters join, so it’s not just about bringing the strongest team, it’s about bringing the right one.

And like most things in Twisted Wonderland, difficulty plays a big role. Higher-level battles mean better rewards, but they also hit harder and require more planning.

Checking which materials are available each day makes it easier to decide where to spend Gauntlet Points and what to craft next.

Enhancing Your Guest Room

Progress in the Crafter’s Gauntlet ties directly into building up the Guest Room. Winning battles and crafting furniture gradually raise the Room Rank, which unlocks new features and more ways to customize the space.

As more furniture is placed, the comfort level goes up. Higher comfort means more visitors will stop by, and interactions start to feel more lively and rewarding.

Once Room Rank 5 is reached, the Invite feature becomes available. That’s when characters can actually be invited into the room, adding another layer of charm and connection to the space.

Tips for Success

A little planning goes a long way in the Crafter’s Gauntlet. Checking the daily battle lineup and matching it with what materials are needed helps make the most of each run.

Gauntlet Points are limited, so it’s worth spending them wisely. Focus on battles that drop the resources needed for high-priority furniture to get the best return.

Recovery items like Bottles and Phials of Sunshards are valuable. It’s best to save them for days when must-have materials are in rotation.

Keeping an eye on Room Rank is also key. Climbing the ranks unlocks more features and lets the Guest Room grow into something truly personal.

With smart use of Gauntlet Points and a bit of strategy, the Guest Room becomes more than just a feature. It turns into a space that reflects the care and creativity put into it.

For anyone who likes the creative side of Twisted Wonderland, the Gauntlet makes that creativity feel earned.
